Welcome Aboard, Friends!
Welcome to our little corner of the interwebs! We’re Tosh & Gary and we’re so happy you’ve found us! We’re married, International Flight Attendants for a major US carrier. We've been flying “the friendly skies” for over (gasp) 60 years, combined! 2020, as we’re sure you can relate, was a year of self-reflection and tough decisions. We made the choice to step back from a career we both love and enjoy, to do a little soul searching. We’re hanging up our wings for life on the road, essentially trading the skyways for highways to explore America in our little 5x9 Hiker Trailer. We’re so excited to share our journey with you and we hope you join us as we navigate our way through the States in search of Farm-fresh food, foraged finds and inspirational people. We’ll be cooking up some tasty, elevated camp meals as we gather ideas for our very first cookbook. Be sure to stay tuned for some healthy, travel-worthy recipes, featuring our very own special line of Road Dust spice blends.

As married, international flight attendants, we love traveling to both abroad and right here in the good ole’ USA. We began hiking and backpack camping in the early years of our relationship and during the pandemic, we decided to give the trailer life a try. Soon, our YouTube journey began. Skyways to Highways is essentially a love story. Follow us on this journey of self- exploration, where we share with you our love of good food, the outdoors and living in tune with nature.
